Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ himself? Shall I then take the members of Christ and unite them with a prostitute? (Proverbs 6:25-26) Do not let your heart turn to her ways or stray into her paths. Many are the victims she has brought down; her slain are a mighty throng. (Proverbs 7:25-26) Her house is a highway to the grave, leading down to the chambers of death. (Proverbs 7:27) With persuasive words she led him astray; she seduced him with her smooth talk. (Proverbs 7:21) All at once he followed her like an ox going to the slaughter, like a deer stepping into a noose till an arrow pierces his liver, like a bird darting into a snare, little knowing it will cost him his life. (Proverbs 7:22-23) For a prostitute is a deep pit and a wayward wife is a narrow well. (Proverbs 23:27) A man who loves wisdom brings joy to his father, but a companion of prostitutes squanders his wealth. (Proverbs 29:3) Has no one condemned you? "No one, sir," she said.
