But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. (1 Peter 2:9) For he who chose us in him before the creation of
the world to be holy and blameless in his sight. (Ephesians 1:4) For we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ
Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
(Ephesians 2:10) When the Gentiles heard this, they were glad and
honored the word of the Lord; and all who were appointed for eternal
life believed. (Acts 13:48) For those God foreknew he also predestined to be
conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn

loved by the Lord, because from the beginning God chose you to be saved
though the sanctifying work of the Spirit and through belief in truth.
(2 Thessalonians 2:13) And we know that in all things God works for the
good of those who love him, who have been called according to his
purpose. (Romans 8:28) For it is God who works in you to will and to act
according to his good purpose. (Philippians 2:13)
You did not choose me, but I chose you and
appointed you to go and bear fruit – fruit that will last. Then the
Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. (John
15:16)
All that the Father gives me will come to me,
and whoever come to me I will never drive away. (John 6:37)
No one can come to me unless the Father who
sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day. (John
6:44)
If you belonged to the world, it would love
you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have
chose you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.

For you granted him authority over all people
that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him.

Make every effort to enter through the narrow
door, because many, I tell you, will try to enter and will not be able
