because we love our brothers. (1 John 3:9) No one who is born of God will continue to sin,
because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he
has been born of God. (1 John 3:9) But because of his great love for us, God, who is
rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in
transgressions. (Ephesians 2:4-5) By dying to what once bound us, we have been
released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and
not in the old way of the written code. (Romans 7:6) In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but
alive to God in Christ Jesus. (Romans 6:11) For you have been born again, not of perishable
seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.
